Kiko Mizuhara: Vogue Italia January + Japan February 2014

Kiko Mizuhara 水原希子 is definitely one of my woman crushes. She is half Japanese (Korean descendant) and half American, her birth name was actually Noriko Daniel. She was born in USA and moved to Japan when she was 1. She started her modelling career when she was selected for the magazine Seventeen to be an exclusive model. Her fashion modelling career blooms when she became a model for the famous Japanese magazine Vivi.

There is something unique about her that makes her stands out. Maybe it is her seductive smile, her captivating eyes, or her signature hairstyle. But apart from her obvious flawless looks, her photos show a lot about her character too as a wild, young and independent woman. In my opinion, it is her personality and style which make her so incredibly different from others.

Her photos show fierceness and fearlessness, which differentiate her from the majority of Japanese female models. Her special qualities are also what makes girls like me so uncontrollably fond of her.

We have got to admit this hairstyle is so difficult to rock with, yet she has no trouble handling it. Kiko and Eliza Cummings are the only two women on earth that could carry such a haircut and still look like supermodels.
